• International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight
• Delivery timeframes vary by country and are estimated at checkout
• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import charges that may apply in their country
• Get Scrubbed is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes
• We are not liable for parcels once they have been accepted by the international courier

Lost Parcels

• Once your order has been dispatched and accepted by the courier, Get Scrubbed is not responsible for parcels that are lost, delayed or misdirected by postal or courier services
• If your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, you must contact your local postal service directly
• We are unable to replace or refund parcels that have been confirmed as delivered by the courier

Incorrect Address

• Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address at checkout
• Get Scrubbed is not responsible for parcels sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
• If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs will be at the customer’s expense
• Orders cannot be changed once they have been dispatched
