Returns

What is your return policy? ▼

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Items must have all tags attached and be free from odours, marks, or damage.

How do I start a return? ▼

Email us at hello@getscrubbed.store with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.

Who pays for return shipping? ▼

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

How long does a refund take? ▼

Once we receive your return we aim to process it within 1–2 business days. Refunds are returned to your original payment method and may take 3–5 business days to appear.

Exchanges

Can I exchange for a different size? ▼

Yes! We offer free size exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Email us at hello@getscrubbed.store with your order number and the size you need.

Can I exchange for a different style? ▼

We can exchange for a different style where stock is available. Get in touch and we’ll do our best to help. If the new item has a price difference, we’ll invoice or refund the difference.

Can I change or cancel my order? ▼

Orders can be changed or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this window your order may already be in processing. Email us immediately at hello@getscrubbed.store and we’ll do our best.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty? ▼

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

What if I received the wrong item? ▼

We’re so sorry! Email us at hello@getscrubbed.store with your order number and a photo. We’ll get the correct item sent out to you right away.
